Glow Yoga is a unique blacklight fitness experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and energy into one class. This all-levels class combines yoga-inspired flow, light strength work, and intentional movement set to upbeat music in a glowing atmosphere. Expect good vibes, a fun work out that will leave you feeling strong and refreshed. Bring your mat, blocks, water, and glow gear!
