Make an in-person appointment with a SHIBA advisor to review your Medicare choices for 2026. SHIBA is a free, unbiased service offered through the Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Our volunteer advisors are trained and not insurance brokers. They can educate you about Medicare and the options you have so you can make an informed decision about your Medicare coverage.
