Description

Level 2 Beginners - This level is for swimmers to get use to the water and learn life saving safety skills. Focusing on working towards independence. Skills practiced: include entering and exiting the water safely, blowing bubbles, submerging under water, back float supported to unsupported, front float supported to unsupported, gliding, beginning steps to Freestyle (Front Crawl). Lessons will be 30 minutes in length. Lessons will be 1 instructor to 5 participants.
