This class is more like a dance party than a workout! it’s a high-energy dance that blends Latin and world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography.

Dancing supports both physical and mental health by improving strength, flexibility and balance while also improving your memory, boosting your mood, and reducing stress.

All levels are welcome!
