Feel the calming power of Yin Yoga with Instructor Lena Centeno.
You’ll use props to help you hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and bring deep relaxation. Bring your yoga mat and yoga bolster to class.
Depending on the weather, we may hold class outside.
