4pm - 4:45pmYou will energize your body and calm your mind with this gentler take on traditional hatha yoga. You’ll build strength, flexibility and balance through modified movements.
Use a chair to support and enhance your practice, or you may try challenging yourself by standing without it. Use your yoga mat and two yoga blocks.
You’ll breathe deeply, move mindfully, and tap into the power of brief meditation to reduce stress, boost your mood, and reset your nervous system.
