Shallow Water Aerobics
Mondays & Wednesday Evenings
July 20 to Aug. 268/12 class at Lake Marion Pool all classes starting 8/17 Stedwick Pool
6:00 - 7:00 pm

Burn fat while increasing flexibility and range of motion. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. This class includes aquatic exercises and interval aerobics and is for swimmers and non-swimmers (head is always above water).
Bring your own pool noodle.
No drop-ins will be accepted.
