North Creek CC *Class on 12/11 will be held at Lake Marion CC

Build strength, increase flexibility, and learn stretching techniques all in one class taught by Instructor Karin Baker. You will look good and feel good in this no-impact program. Bring your own mat and weights (a limited supply will be available in class). This program will work your whole body without impacting your joints.

*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
