Aerobic Dancing

This dynamic dance workout will include stretching and flexibility moves, floor work, standing weight work (hand and ankle weights are optional), aerobic conditioning and cool-down, as the instructor leads you through a choreographed workout that is easy to learn and follow.

Bring a mat to each class.

Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work.
