Lake Marion CC **Class on Nov. 21 will be at North Creek CC**

This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights are optional), then adds a 30-minute, fat-burning aerobic workout.

You can work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
