Payment Plan Option: If you select the payment plan, you’ll be able to choose this option at checkout. A $50 deposit is required, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before camp begins. You can also make manual payments toward your balance at any time before the final payment is due. Junior Camp Counselors will participate in the same core experiences as campers, including a visit to The Health Museum, hands-on medical science activities, and a guided CPR and first aid learning experience. Programming is adapted to be age-appropriate and more discussion-based for this group. In addition, Junior Camp Counselors will take part in an additional off-site learning experience, which may include visits to medical or health-related environments such as a hospital, clinic, or professional medical setting. Specific off-site details will be shared as plans are finalized. Throughout the week, participants will also practice leadership by assisting with activities, supporting younger campers, and engaging in guided discussions, while having dedicated time away from the main camp population for reflection and deeper learning. This experience is intentionally limited in size to support responsibility, mentorship, and meaningful engagement.
