CampCup is a global-themed week inspired by the excitement of the World Cup, blending culture, sports, engineering, and hands-on fun. This week includes a field trip to Shell Energy Stadium (formerly BBVA Stadium), where campers will tour the home of the Houston Dynamo FC and learn about professional soccer and sports careers. Campers will also receive a ticket to attend a Houston Dynamo soccer game, bringing the experience to life both on and off the field. In addition, campers will experience the energy of the FIFA Fan Festival Houston, celebrating the international spirit of the tournament. Throughout the week, campers will explore countries represented in FIFA, engage in “around-the-world” themed activities, and learn about global values such as teamwork, respect, and collaboration. Hands-on challenges will include engineering ball launchers, building goals, and creative problem-solving activities inspired by soccer and international play.
