About this event

Description

Join us as we celebrate the power of music to bring people together, foster well-being, and create meaningful experiences for both individuals living with dementia and those who care for them.
No musical experience is needed. Guided by an experienced teaching artist, participants will explore drumming activities that encourage self-expression, social connection, and joyful interaction. The class focuses on the power of rhythm to reduce stress, support emotional well-being, stimulate cognitive engagement, and foster meaningful moments between care partners.
More than a music class, Rhythm Circle is an opportunity to build community, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the abilities and contributions of every participant. Come discover the joy of making music together while nurturing wellness, connection, and belonging.

**Please note: individual registration is required for each participant, including caregivers.
