Description

Livestrong at the Y is a 12-week program for cancer survivors that meets twice a week for 90 minutes and uses traditional exercise methods to ease back into fitness. This program encourages a warm spirit of community, as safe, comfortable place for survivors to build championship and share stories and inspiration.
