This is an introduction to cheese making that where we make feta cheese for home consumption. You will make about 2 pounds of cheese to take home with you. Learn about the ingredients, tools, and process all in two hours. A family fun experience! You will learn the process and will have ideas of how to add additional ingredients and uses for your cheese to make “your own”. A list will be sent to each student of equipment found in your own kitchen, and what to pre-purchase for milk prior to class.
