This class is designed for beginning swimmers, ages 14+ to provide opportunities to gain confidence in the water. Participants will practice lower skills until they are comfortable and proficient, progressing to more advanced skills as time allows. Students will progress at their own pace and learn how to improve their swimming ability no matter the skill level. Water safety topics are also covered.
