This class is designed for seniors with or without mobility issues, however everyone is welcome. The entire class can be done in a chair or from a seated position, but standing options will be offered. The focus will be on stretches, strengthening poses, and strategies for relieving stress. No special equipment is required. The class is shoe friendly. Please bring a water bottle.
