Jump! Duck! Roll! Crawl! Climb! Swing! Each obstacle course will focus on different muscles and skill groups like rolling, jumping, upper-body strength, balance, and body awareness. Students will be active and engaged as they conquer...well...the obstacles! Students will work in age-alike groups on the skills needed for their obstacle course for the day. Then, we’ll put it all together for the MANIA!
