Have you heard of rugby, or seen it during the Summer Olympics? This introduction clinic will teach you the basic rules and skills of the game in a fun, open, and rewarding environment. The Old Gaelic Rugby Football Club has been around since 1975 and they are looking to share their knowledge with you.

Whether you're looking to keep it casual with touch rugby, or want to join the full contact version of the sport, we have options for all ages, interests and experience levels. (The youth programs are touch until high school, and we play as much touch rugby in our offseasons as we can. If we have enough interest, we can make a dedicated adult touch team).
