This class will introduce low-cost meals, snacks and desserts that have been historically inexpensive since the Great Depression. With the rising cost of groceries, it is an opportunity for folks to help with their budget conscious menu planning. Each participant will receive an electronic/ or a printed version of the cookbook that goes with the class.
