Description

Nestled in Portland’s Washington Park, the Japanese Garden is a peaceful 12.5-acre oasis featuring eight distinct garden styles, meandering streams, intimate walkways, an authentic Japanese Tea House, and stunning views of Mt. Hood. We will have a guided tour followed by free time to explore, relax, shop, or dine at the onsite Umami Café. Bring your own lunch or purchase a meal at the café.

We will depart the Senior Center at 8:45am and Return to the Senior Center at 2:15pm. We will not be stopping. Bring your own lunch or purchase a meal at the Umami Cafe' at the Gardens. We will be going rain or shine, dress accordingly.
