Description
Join us for an immersive two-hour workshop where you'll explore the art and science of transforming cacao beans into fine chocolate. Learn how chocolate is crafted from bean to bar while developing your own skills in flavor appreciation and tasting. Sample a variety of chocolates sourced from Latin America, South America, and West Africa as you discover the unique characteristics of different cacao-growing regions.

You will be directed to choose the tasting kit when you register for this class online. Your chocolate tasting kit will be delivered directly to the Mclean Community Center and will be available for use during the class.
