We meet to play over-the-board chess, learn new tactics, and level up our game through friendly matches and team play. We’re planning something extra special: a simulation with a famous chess player, where members can take on a master and see how long they can hold their own! We’ll also be forming teams to represent BIM at the Virginia State Scholastic Chess Championships in March at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJ).
