Chef Joel will teach how to make delicious small plates from around the world. The menu includes Persian Muhammara (savory red pepper & walnut dip) with Za'atar Flatbread; Swedish Smoked Salmon & Potato Croquettes with Lemon Dill Sauce; Japanese Mixed Mushroom & White Miso Tartlets; Peruvian Creamy Potato & Vegetable Empanadas with Aji Verde (vibrant green dipping sauce); and Greek Honey-Whipped Feta with Cucumber and Tomato.
