Participants will learn to make and then get to enjoy delicious and fun dim sum. On the menu: Char Siu Bao (A baked version of the popular BBQ Pork Buns); Mushroom and Vegetable Siu Mai with Sweet and Hot Red Pepper Sauce; Shrimp and Baby Bok Choir Summer Rolls with Sweet Soy Dipping Sauce; Chicken and Sweet Corn Potstickers Hot and Sour Soup with Greens and Beans; Scallion Pancakes; and Chinese Egg Tarts.
