Description

Take this knife skills workshop to learn and practice the culinary techniques that help take the chore out of cooking. Techniques include: deboning a chicken; cutting onions, carrots, other vegetables, fruits and pasting garlic. Knife selection, sharpening and care will also be covered. Bring your own knives or use ours. On the menu: Mediterranean Fried Rice with Vegetables and Herbs; Chopped Salad with Apple Crisp Vinaigrette.
