Join us this Memorial Day as we come together to honor and remember the brave men and women who lost their lives while serving our country.

The Memorial Day 5K/10K/15K is a meaningful way to pay tribute to our fallen heroes—by gathering as a community, celebrating their legacy, and moving forward in their honor. We are offering all Active and Retired Military a *Complimentary race (5K, 10K or 15K)" on May 23, 2026. (Military I.D. of the athlete must be shown to pick up bib.)

Join us on the streets of Marietta, GA.

Participants may choose from the 5K, 10K, or 15K distances, each offering a patriotic race-day experience filled with purpose and pride. All athletes who cross the finish line will receive a commemorative finisher medal, a lasting reminder of the day and the heroes it represents.

To recognize outstanding performances, awards will be presented to the top three men and women in the traditional five-year age groups for all three race distances.

Run with gratitude. Run with remembrance. Run for those who gave everything.

• Top 3 in each age group (10 & under - 80+)

All finishers will receive a Finisher Medal for 2026!

Get excited, grab some friends & pups to join you!  Sign up, and register for the Memorial Day Virtual 5K, 10K or Half!!

Step 2

Download your Custom Digital Bib!  Hydrate and get ready to get moving!

Step 3

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want.   Please remember to be safe!

Step 4

HAVE FUN!~

Submit your results directly on RunSignUp.com through your Profile or registration.

You can submit your race time HERE on the Virtual Results page anytime from 5/27 through end of day.

Course & Timing

All three events will start and finish in the Parking Lot of the Sprayberry Square Shopping Center on the corner of Sandy Plains & E. Piedmont. All routes are an out and back, and will be run entirely on E. Piedmont Rd.

All events will have a timed start & finish.

 

 

Water Stations

We will have Self-Serve water stations approximately every 1.5 miles. If you are wanting to run fast and not stop, you might want to bring your own personal hydration.

 

Pacing

Participants will need to finish with at least a 16 min/mile pace.

Groups and Teams

Running is more F-U-N together, even if we're far apart! 

Grab your friends, co-workers, neighbors or family and participate as a TEAM.  Your TEAM can be local or across the states; virtual participants will have their shirts shipped!  Teams of 5 or more receive discounts off their registration, discounts below.

5+:  $2.50 off

11+:  3.75 off

21+:  $5.00 off

51+:  $6.25 off

100+:  $7.50 off

Championships & Turkey Trot

This is one of your first opportunities to qualify for (1) free entry into our 2026 Turkey Trot

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be immediately disqualified, asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.imm

All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.

Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.

Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.

No COVID-19 Refunds.  If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided.  The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.

Packet Pickup

We always do packet pickup on race morning starting one hour prior to the start of the race.  If we have an early pickup available, it will be added here.
