Start your month off right! Join us for a guided nature experience designed to awaken your senses, lower stress, and restore your mind and body. Open to ages 14 and up, this small-group walk (limited to 10 participants) offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle into the present moment. Offered on the first Saturday of each month throughout the seasons, each walk is a gentle invitation to reconnect with nature, yourself, and others.

• Pre-registration required.
• Dress for the weather.
• Bring a bottle of water.
• Class meets by the restrooms at the front of ONP.
• All supplies are provided.
