Description

Expand your ceramic surface vocabulary through a series of alternative decorating techniques designed for finished ware. Students will explore china paints, lusters, decals, and image transfer processes to add imagery, color, and narrative to their work. Emphasis is placed on experimentation, layered surfaces, and developing a personal visual language.Advanced Projects is a five-week intensive designed for intermediate to advanced ceramicists, focusing on skill development through specialized techniques, creative exploration, and advanced applications; prior ceramics experience is required for enrollment.
