Explore a taste of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) in thishalf-day in-person retreat
Exploring the transformative, research-based Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) practices in a half-day, in-person retreat.
Valentine's Day can stir a mix of emotions - hope, longing, and the potential for feelings of disappointment and loneliness. During this time of heightened expectations, what if we were able to turn inward with care for these vulnerable parts of ourselves that really want to be loved and to be seen?
Join us for this half-day retreat exploring the Mindful Self-Compassion practices where we will cultivate gentleness and resilience toward all of our struggles to connect with others. Through this practice together, we may stumble upon the insight that learning to love ourselves--even just a little bit--isn't just a consolation prize when our relationships disappoint us. This self-acceptance and friendship with ourselves can actually empower us to be more loving in our relationships too.
- This session will follow CDC guidelines and UW Health screenings that are in effect at the time of the class session.- No refunds after Friday, February 13.
