Join us for part four of a four-part cooking demo series on trending topics in women's health!
Session 4: Pregnancy Nutrition & Fast Meal Prep with Registered Dietitians Wendy Hahn & Angelina Hulman, & Chef Taylor Johnson
For pregnant women, there are many nutrition considerations including folate, iron, and food safety, to name a few. Learn how to nourish your pregnancy with quick and easy meal options. We'll also talk about gestational diabetes prevention and managing heartburn and upset stomach. Partners and support people are also welcome to register!
Demonstrated recipes for tasting include:
- Homemade Granola with Greek Yogurt: Start the day with this easy, make-ahead breakfast or snack option.
- Chocolate-Cherry Quinoa Energy Bites: These make-ahead bites will provide an on-the-go healthy and satisfying sweet snack without the added sugar.
- Nourishing Pasta Salad: Add this prep-ahead recipe to your collection just in time for picnic season.
