The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!

Ready to make meal prep easier AND tastier? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we'll make two versions of a "Lunchables"-inspired lunchbox, perfect for fall back-to-school. You will also learn tips and tricks for meal prepping with confidence and ease!

What We'll Be Cooking:

• Nutrient-Packed Chicken Salad: Learn how to make a twist on classic chicken salad, packed with crunchy veggies.
• Lunchbox 'Chuna' Salad: Need another easy, flavorful option? This twist on a tuna salad is made with chickpeas instead of tuna. Using many of the same ingredients from the chicken salad, you'll be able to prep two protein-packed lunchbox items at once! Both salad options will be served with whole grain crackers.
• Veggies & Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip: A perfect lunchbox side, fresh, crisp veggies are paired with a creamy Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing dip.
• Nut & Seed Trail Mix: Every lunchbox needs a mid-afternoon pick-me-up! This nourishing blend will satisfy both sweet & salty cravings.
