The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Looking for healthier desserts that don't sacrifice flavor or texture? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we will be making two nutrient-dense desserts that are perfect for a mid-day snack or your sweet treat after dinner!
What We'll Be Cooking:

• Creamy Forager's Chocolate Berry Parfait: A woodland-inspired layering of rich chocolate Greek yogurt & fresh strawberries, topped with a crumbly "forest floor" granola of oats, chocolate, almonds, & coconut. Creamy, bright, & nutty with a crunch in every spoonful!
• Colorful Fruit Pizza with Oat Crust: Learn a fresh twist on a fan-favorite dessert! This colorful treat is bursting with bright flavors & is easy to customize with your favorite fruits. You will get the chance to show off your creativity by decorating your pizza however you like. It might even be too beautiful to eat!

Each participant must be enrolled for the class ($6 is the cost for one participant). If you are registering multiple people, please include the names and ages of all attendees in your group.
Register by Tuesday, April 7th.
