The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Looking for fast and easy ways to use farmers' market finds? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we will prepare two quick, customizable recipes perfect for using summer produce. We will also talk about tips and tricks for cooking without a recipe, how to shop at a farmers' market, how to pick ripe produce, and how to store and preserve fresh fruits and vegetables.

What We'll Be Cooking:
  • Berry Basil Sparkler Mocktail: Freshen up your summer beverages with this flavorful mocktail that can be adjusted to fit what's in season.
  • Fresh & Fast Summer Market Sauté: Learn how to make this quick weeknight pasta dish packed with in-season vegetables.

Each participant must be enrolled for the class ($6 is the cost for one participant). If you are registering multiple people, please include the names and ages of all attendees in your group.
Register by Wednesday, May 27th.
