The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Looking for healthier desserts that don't sacrifice flavor or texture? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we will be making two nutrient-dense desserts that are perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth!
What We'll Be Cooking:

• Creamy Peanut Butter Cheesecake & Chocolate Crumble Parfait: This play on a classic peanut butter pie is full of fall coziness. Layers of creamy, nutty, protein-packed no-bake cheesecake are alternated with a chocolatey graham cracker-oat crumble.
• Chewy Pumpkin Blondies: Extend the pumpkin season with this twist on a classic blondie, made with blended white beans for texture & fiber. Fans of our black bean brownies will enjoy this fall version!

Each participant must be enrolled for the class ($8 is the cost for one participant). If you are registering multiple people, please include the names and ages of all attendees in your group.
Register by Wednesday, November 11th.
