The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a late summer/early fall cooking class! Work in pairs to make delicious dishes that make the most of end of summer and beginning of fall produce.

We will be making:

• Fruity & Herbaceous Stone Fruit N/A Spritz: Stay hydrated with this best of both seasons mocktail.
• Spaghetti Squash 'Pasta' with Homemade Marinara & Summer Squash: A squash for two seasons! Learn how to make spaghetti squash 'pasta' topped with a homemade marinara & tender summer squash.
• Easy Herbed Breadsticks: Whether you are new to bread making or a seasoned pro, these quick, no-yeast, no-knead herbed breadsticks will become a favorite fast addition to weeknight meals.
• Honey-Lemon Ricotta Cups with Roasted Grapes: End your meal on a sweet note with these decadent cups that are light & zesty enough for summer with a warming autumn twist.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.
