This pass gives you access to exercise in the therapy/cardiac rehab gym. During these times, an exercise specialist is available to assist you and answer your questions. You will also receive a personalized exercise program that can be updated at any time. Available equipment includes treadmills, NuSteps, bikes, free weights, cable resistance machines, and more.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-1:00pm.
Fitness Pass Orientation is required prior to enrollment in Fitness Pass.This includes a fitness assessment, tour of EMH Fitness & Aquatics spaces, and a personalized program. Orientation Fee is $60.
Participants must be independent and medically stable. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
