Description
This unique class focuses on the versatile power of exercise balls to unlock your body's core potential. A range of equipment from stability balls and light weights to Bosu balls and resistance bands are used to provide both support and resistance to offer a gentle yet deeply engaging workout for your hip, abdomen, and other trunk muscles. Participants can expect to improve the mobility, stability, and overall strength of their core muscles through slow and controlled functional movements. Exercises in this class can be modified for various fitness levels, but participants should be able to get on and off the floor independently and feel comfortable sitting on a stability ball.
