*** This is non-refundable*** This event/application is for entry into preliminary tryouts via video submission.*** Thank you for your interest in the Liberty University Dance Team. Your next step in the process is to submit a video demonstrating the requirements outlined below. Your application and video submission will determine whether you are selected as a finalist to attend our in-person final round of tryouts May 2nd-May 3rd, 2026. Video submissions are due no later than March 16th, 2026. Finalists will be selected and contacted by email with further audition details by March 23rd. *If you have a conflict that prevents you from attending the final in-person round of tryouts, please still submit your video and include details about your conflict in the same email. If you qualify as a finalist, we will provide you with further instructions. If you are interested in being invited to our Recruitment Weekend on February 20th-22nd 2026, the same video submissions will be due by February 1st, 2026, and you will be contacted February 6th, 2026 with more information. Video submission directions: • Videos should be uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video with the link sent to danceteam@liberty.edu • Videos should be filmed straight on in a well-lit space. Full body should be visible in the frame. Videos do not need to be professionally filmed or edited. • Read all details provided in the video submission rubric to be sure requirements and filming directions are followed
