Description

Family Guides launches parents and their children on a journey of discovery, with the child as the explorer and the parent as the guide. The program emphasizes the YMCA's belief that parental involvement plays a vital, positive role in a child's development. Family Guides encourages parents to get to know your kid while your kid is still a kid with group activities such as games, crafts, songs, stories, skits, ceremonies, and outdoor pursuits. This program is a wonderful opportunity to build, strengthen, and nurture healthy relationships between dads and their kids through challenging and fun activities.
