At most schools, the program is divided into eight four-week segments, each designed to immerse students in the fundamentals of chess while strengthening their understanding of ChessLife Strategies™—the life-skills component of our curriculum. Register today for the next four-week segment, which also includes four bonus Battle of the Minds Online Tournaments, held Sundays from 2:30–3:30 PM. Our aim is to develop Life Masters—not merely Chess Masters. Through chess instruction, call-and-response activities, songs, stories, and motivational exercises, we make learning engaging, enjoyable, and memorable. Our program aims to strengthen critical thinking, analytical and abstract reasoning, strategic planning, and problem-solving while helping students develop the ability to consider multiple factors and make sound decisions. We also aim to cultivate a teamwork mentality by engaging students in collaborative decision-making that requires and encourages self-control, patience, sportsmanship, emotional balance, and the ability to handle both victory and defeat with grace and dignity—all while ensuring that chess makes the very best first impression. We are also excited to announce that our 18th Annual Grand Match Gala Culmination is scheduled for July 10, 2027. We hope to see you there!
