This is a learn-to-scull group class designed for first-timers, those who are looking to make the jump from sweep rowing to sculling, or those who have had very limited sculling instruction. CYC has a range of novice-friendly shells, including quads and wide body ocean singles that are extremely stable. Sessions will include the basic rowing motion, the fundamentals of bladework, terminology, and navigation.
