Description

Skills taught in the beginner class include: building and learning increased comfort in the water, breath control, experiencing buoyancy, moving through the water, and safety skills and safe behaviors in and around the water.

The Pool will be closed on Saturday, 5/30 for a training. Lessons are pro-rated.
