Description

A signature wellness dance experience. Each class moves through the sweeping, flowing rise and fall of Waltz and the smooth, gliding elegance of Foxtrot, building posture, balance, coordination and memory. Led by mobility expert Peter Krajewski, class includes warm-up, layered skill development, guided practice and cool down. No partner or experience needed. Walk in fee $17. *No Class 9/25
