BallroomHeals™ “Latin Rhythms” blends gentle movement, joyful music, and proven wellness benefits all in a friendly, no-pressure environment. Led by mobility expert Peter Krajewski, you’ll enjoy easy-to-follow Latin styles like Cha-Cha, Rumba, Salsa, and Bolero while boosting balance, mobility, memory, and mood.

With both seated and standing options, every class is accessible, social, and designed to make you feel good. No partner or dance experience required. Just show up, move your body, and leave feeling energized and connected!
