Friday Fitness Swim will be geared toward adults looking to do a swim workout. The workout will focus on swimming laps, working on technique and building overall swim fitness. Participants may be preparing for a triathlon or other fitness event. They should have some knowledge of all 4 strokes and be able to swim multiple lengths of the pool. Participants should come with goggles and a bathing cap if hair is long.
