Description

The Bullfrogs Swim Team offers a challenging and supportive environment for experienced swimmers committed to competitive training. Coaches emphasize advanced technique, conditioning, endurance, and race strategy while encouraging personal accountability and goal setting. Swimmers participate in weekly meets throughout the season.

This group trains with increased intensity and is grouped by ability. Practices focus on stroke refinement, endurance conditioning, racing starts, and swim meet preparation.

Meets are on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
*No swim team on Friday, July 3rd.
