Become an athlete of the extreme sport of aging through natural movements based on your human anatomy and physiology. The use of compound lifts will strengthen bones, tendons, ligaments and muscles, which will improve your stability and balance. Learning the skillset to complete five different foundational lifts; squat, dead lift, bench press, overhead press and row will enable you to avoid injury and build confidence for progressive overload. Since we are all individuals, minor adjustments to grip width, stance, including toe position can help the successful performance of the lift.
