Discover the history and possible future uses of the 3,000+ acre Eagles Island, nestled between Brunswick and New Hanover counties along the Cape Fear River. This session covers the rich history of rice cultivation, Gullah Geechee culture, shipbuilding, and the ecological diversity that makes this island unique. All levels. Children under 12 should attend with an adult.
