Join Sarah and Madison for Community Hatha Yoga. All abilities and levels welcome! Classes focus on using breathing and gentle movement to improve strength, posture, balance, and flexibility.

Drop-in for $6.00 or punch cards are available for purchase, 10 punches for $45 or 20 punches for $75.
Class is FREE to seniors 60+. Seniors are encouraged to register for the full session. Daily attendance is not required to register.
